What helps us help you
For a correction, include the page URL and the source you are working from, such as the manufacturer’s manual or the label on the device. For a tool problem, include your browser and operating system and what you expected to happen. For a router that will not log in, the router login guide covers the common causes and is faster than waiting for us.
What we cannot help with
We do not have access to your router, your internet provider’s systems or your accounts, so we cannot recover a password for you or change a setting on your behalf. Your provider’s support line can do both. We also do not provide penetration testing or investigate individual IP addresses on request.
